I'm just a hedge witch. A fam-trad, initiated oh, 40 years ago. I'm still what I call 'new' to the Pagan community. I've been out of the broom closet 5 years now. I am a healer and a doer. My magical education was unique. Comparitive religions, sensory deprivation so we could 'see', journeying, energy work, healing by botanicals, acupressure, reflexology, massage, wild food prep, hunting and fishing. I learned to cleanse and bless space at age 11. I cast full Circle at age 13. I have lived and worked with power all my life.  I may not know the terminology as well as others, but it would be a mistake to think it makes me less of a witch. Oh my, that sounded defensive... I guess it's because I've been put down and laughed at, even within our community.
